Xiaomi is said to launch a new Mi TV 4A in the Indian market, and this one will be sold as cheap as Rs 12,999. The television will not be a technology breakthrough, but the price will definitely break the present television market in India.

Xiaomi had released a new 4K 55-inch smart television in India a week ago. The new television is sold for a mouth-watering price of just Rs 39,999, where other brands are selling their similar goods in price brackets of above Rs 80,000.

To shake up the competitive market, the Chinese tech brand has two new televisions in store for those who are looking for quality televisions at a cheaper price. If you are not in a position to buy the 4K UHD smart TV from Xiaomi because of the price or size, Xiaomi could make you happy soon. The tech giant is scheduled to launch two new televisions in India, priced at Rs 21,999 and Rs 12,999 respectively. The two new televisions are said to be a 32-inch HD and a 43-inch Full HD model.

According to a report via iGyaan, the television listings were spotted on Xiaomi’s India website, which was taken down later. The listings on the website could be a test or an accidental public release by the company, which was soon taken down. The listing was spotted it online and captured in a screenshot soon after it was leaked out.

The report comes in soon after Xiaomi tweeted out on their social platform announcing something smarter, slimmer and sleeker to be soon announced. The Tweet on March 1 stated a new series of televisions coming soon, and the picture in the tweet is a television.

As for the listing, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4A smart 32-inch will sport a 1366×768 pixel panel (HD) powered by a quad-core processor and 1GB RAM with 4GB storage. The second TV, the 43-inch 4A, will sport a full HD 1980×768 panel, and powered by a quad-core processor and 2GB RAM with 8GB storage. Similar to the Mi TV4, which was launched here recently, the two new TVs will also feature PatchWall, Xiaomi’s own custom Android-based user interface for televisions. The 43-inch is also said to support sports HRD10. Both will have Wi-Fi connectivity with the larger variant sporting Ethernet and Bluetooth.

The prices of these televisions will send a ripple down the electronics appliance market, forcing rival brands to rethink new prices and be as competitive as the new Chinese player.
